Text you paste into the converter
Your text never leaves your device. Word, character, sentence and paragraph counts are calculated by JavaScript in your browser. We do not receive, store or log the text.
Settings stored in your browser
The site stores one value in your browser's local storage: your light or dark display choice. A share link stores your converter settings in the URL itself, and only the people you send it to see them. You can clear local storage at any time in your browser settings.
Contact form
When you send a message, the form delivers your name, email address and message through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our inbox. We use these details only to reply to you and delete the message once the conversation is closed. Web3Forms processes the submission under its own privacy policy.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like every web host, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not combine this data with anything else.
Fonts
Typefaces load from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Words to Pages sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction or ask us to delete it. Email hello@folio-words-to-pages.vercel.app and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The converter is suitable for students of any age and collects no personal data. The contact form is intended for users aged 13 and over.
