These terms apply to your use of Words to Pages at https://folio-words-to-pages.vercel.app ("the site"), including the words to pages converter, the conversion tables and the blog. By using the site you accept these terms.
1. The service
Words to Pages provides free tools and guides that estimate how many pages a word count fills and how many words fit in a page count. The site is offered free of charge and without an account.
2. Estimates, not guarantees
Every result is an estimate for plain body text, based on standard typographic measurements. Real page counts change with headings, images, tables, footnotes, paragraph length and the settings of your word processor. Check the final length in the program you submit from before you rely on a number for a deadline, a grade, a contract or a print order.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors;
- use the contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
4. Your content
Text you paste into the converter stays in your browser and is never sent to us. Messages you send through the contact form are used only to reply to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, text, tables, illustrations and code belong to Words to Pages. You may quote short passages and link to any page with attribution. You may not republish the guides or tables in full without written permission.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Words to Pages makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Words to Pages is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on an estimate, including missed word or page requirements.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
